Why choose an EMC automatic deburring machine?

The Rotoflex deburring machine is EMC 's automatic machine that guarantees a quality product and ease of use , and was chosen by our customer Officine Piccoli in the province of Verona, a contracting company that is mainly involved in metalworking for the industrial sector, marble processing, railways, earthmoving and construction.

 

 

Mr. Pierluigi Piccoli, owner of Officine Piccoli spa, needed to ensure his customers product quality, increased productivity and consistency over time, having experienced significant business growth in sheet metal working, particularly in the last two years.

Following a selection among several competitors, they chose EMC for the installation of Rotoflex, the automatic machine for metal deburring, a process that consists in removing burrs, i.e. that part of material that appears in excess in products obtained by stamping or mechanical or cutting processes. The aim of deburring is therefore to make the workpiece clean and to eliminate excess material along the edges and between the joints.

 

Why did the customer choose us?

 

 

These are the main reasons why Officine Piccoli chose us at EMC. But there are two aspects that we would like to emphasise. The first relates to EMC working method. In fact, the customer told us that our ability to follow him through all the different steps of the working process was crucial: from the initial study phase, through the design and the timely resolution of problems that arose during the work, to the after-sales service.

The second, more technical, aspect concerns the Rotoflex machine: the customer was able to experience a higher production speed and better product quality (well made and the same over time) thanks to the automation of the production process. All this without sacrificing a reduction in costs for the company.
