Installation, Start-Up and Training

From the time of purchase, EMC provides after-sales service aimed at installing and starting to use the machine. In fact, EMC's team can perform the assembly of individual machines and systems on-site; this involves the proper connection of all components, as well as careful calibration to ensure that everything works optimally. This is also followed by the start-up phase, a particularly important time when the machine is started up and tested to make sure that all features are operational and that there are no anomalies or malfunctions. But to fully achieve the efficiency of EMC machines, our After-Sales service also offers training for technicians and operators in the manufacturing plant, dealer or at the end Customer's premises. In this way, the operators who will use the machine will be able to operate it optimally and safely, both in configuring the operating parameters and in handling the controls and control panel.

Remote Support, Maintenance and Revision, Software Upgrade

Are there problems with one of our machines? Our service provides remote diagnostic assistance using Acty augmented reality software. By downloading it to a device such as a smartphone or tablet connected to the company's network, an EMC technician can view the working status and any errors/alarms, and fix the problem quickly. The great advantage of remote support is that it eliminates the need for physical travel, reducing costs and downtime.

Even if malfunctions are not found, over a period of time maintenance, overhauls and upgrades of software and firmware are required to ensure that the machine continues to run efficiently. EMC's After-Sales service provides for this as well, with scheduled maintenance and overhauls of the machine that enable the Customer to maximize its value over time, and upgrade programs that have become obsolete with new features.

Spare Parts and Implementation Kits

Ensuring that the user has timely and reliable access to spare parts is essential to keep machines running and avoid long unplanned downtime. Whether to replace worn or damaged parts or to add additional machining modules to EMC machines, rapid delivery is ensured by a dedicated automated warehouse where all material is stored, and distribution throughout the country and internationally via major couriers (DHL, TNT, GLS).
